3. Access to Resources: Track the number of individuals who access resources such as employment  opportunities, educational programs, and housing assistance through the organization's initiatives.

4. Perception of Safety: Conduct surveys or focus groups to assess community perceptions of safety and  the impact of the organization's programs on feelings of security within neighborhoods. 

5. Partnership Effectiveness: Evaluate the strength and impact of partnerships with law enforcement  agencies, hospitals, and community organizations through measures such as communication frequency,  resource sharing, and collaborative outcomes.
